At Crown Display, we are continuously looking for ways in which we can improve our shop shelving and provide the best service possible. Most recently, our team have been focusing on our furniture and shelving design, as well as the methods of their assembly. We want our catalogue to be able to meet a wide variety of design specifications for each customer. Then, in addition, we would like for the construction of these items to be as intuitive and simple as possible. Here’s what we’re doing to make that happen.
Design
With many of our items, such as retail gondolas, we already offer a selection of finishes, from styles of wood to different colours. This also extends to the accessories available too, and you can browse an extensive choice of colours and materials even when purchasing many smaller items. In addition to these offerings, we would like to offer even more variety. Recently, we have seen a greater demand for rustic shelving and retail shelving with a high-quality, natural aesthetic. This is why we are beginning to extend our rustic designs to more items within our shelving and furniture catalogue.
Rustic options will begin to become available on more of our items in the near future and, if you don’t currently see the option listed, you can reach out to our team to see if it will soon become available. A variety of other finishes and styles will also be appearing on other Crown Display items too, such as a new range of magazine shelving options, so be sure to check our website to see what’s new.
Assembly
Our Crown Display team want to make purchasing and hiring retail furniture as uncomplicated as possible. We are taking this further by simplifying the construction methods of the items you buy. To achieve this, we are working to remove the need for screws and bolts from many of our items and redesigning shop shelving items to be buildable and adjustable without them. We understand that not only is there a need for furniture to be simple to build, but also to adjust, change, and manoeuvre, especially during different retail seasons when displays are required to change.
Now, many of our catalogue items, such as wall units, will be offered without the need for a toolkit at your disposal. Instead, they will be even easier to put together, both safely and quickly. We ensure that there is absolutely no compromise on furniture stability or security. We continue to test the weight and durability of all retail furniture items so that we can accurately inform you of the standards and capability of shelving.
